I recently set up my new site, which I transferred to a new host after using wordpress.com for a while. So I’m working on the site, and I don’t know much about CSS, PHP, XHTML, etc. (although the learning curve is not so steep after working these past few days). We have two computers in the house–a Mac (mine) and a PC (my sister’s). I thought I was finished with the site and it looked fine in Firefox and Safari, but then I go downstairs to check on Internet Explorer and the blog is all warped and looks crazy. I try fixing it but then the formatting messes up in Firefox. So then I weigh my options–I could keep it as is since I know Internet Explorer is a popular browser (especially amongst many people I know who are just a step above computer illiteracy), or I could change the site to view properly in Firefox and make those people step it up and download Firefox as their browser. Well…I chose the latter. So sorry to all you Internet Explorer users, but it’s time you got with the program–you don’t need Internet Explorer anymore.
