This morning I awoke to the sound of rain and was so happy that mother nature had finally blessed us with some much needed precipitation. Then I began my ritual morning blog roundup and discovered that South African reggae musician, Lucky Dube, had passed away. I was so saddened by this and began wondering how he had died. When I came across this post at Black Looks, I discovered that his death was the result of a failed car-jacking. How tragic. He will be missed by so many…including Baby 2.0 and myself.
Really so so sad - something has to be done - the problems here are so immense - but there are some great people constantly working on the solutions ….
