Fall of 1997…homecoming…my brother escorted me 
I didn’t attend my junior or senior prom. This is the closest I came to wearing those icky dresses I used to despise.
I don’t know what was going on with my head…I still had relaxed hair fighting with natural hair!
I didn’t go to prom either, well I went to my bestfriend’s junior prom so she wouldn’t be alone, lol. I didn’t wear one of those cute puffy dresses though. My wedding will be my prom. can’t wait!

So pretty- love your hair too! I never went to prom or homecoming. My senior year I had a date who wound up not being able to go so we went out to eat instead (followed by a crazy church experience which I’m still trying to unremember lol). At least you got a picture you do look great.
